Not a ****, just badly managed

I had recently wrote a review about Book a book being ********, after they had failed to deliver the books I had ordered. Soon after my review on Hellopeter the books were delivered to my and I'm happy. I would like to retract my comment calling them a '****' rather I would like to encourage them to communicate better with their customers. Also they need to take their time and respond to reviews on hellopeter because this unprofessional behavior is killing their business.
