Non-delivery of book

So after my initial contact made with the company for an order placed on 9 May 2020, I was advised on 22 May 2020 that the book would be dispatched from the Durban branch and a tracking number would be supp**** thereinafter well still nothing, it is quite evident they are not interested in fulfilling their contractual obligations.
