non-delivery

I ordered books on 9 May 2022. To date (14 July), I have not received anything. Emails are ignored. Phone calls are routed to an automated message. This is a **** as delivery is promised within 7 days. I will not recommend this business to anyone. As these books were urgently needed, I purchased from another supplier. I did request a refund, but as expected theres no response.
