No Shopping from Bookabook.co.za

I ordered two books on 24 Feb 2022, it is confirmed via email immediately and will be delivered 10-15 days. Since confirmation email no communication, tracking and I called on 8 or 9 March and I am told they will get one on 10 March and other one 14 March from publisher then they will ship on 15 March 2022. Stil no communication, info,sms, email. I called again on 22 March ,luckily someone answered and same story they will get the books on Thursdsy ( 24 March) and will be shipped on Friday. I dont know what to do. I have already paid for them , I also needed the books( I spend a few weeks without book I dont know how much I miss) and still need them.
