No service or update after placing order
I have received no service or update since my order was placed on 12 December. I have sent many emails, but they don't respond. They have never answered the phone. I feel like I have been ****med. As of today, the website does not even exist anymore. This order has only caused my frustration. Their prices are very good but I would rather pay more than sit with this frustration.

24 Jan 2024, 12:57Morning Louna;We are not a ****, it's just the bad image on hellopeter that we can not manage to remove. Please provide us with the order number and we will be able to check the order for you once the website has been updated. We are currently updating the website to a new server.
It is so interesting that after my complaint on Hallopeter- I got a response only to tell me that it's just a bad image on Hallopeter about the review I left them. Still no reply about my order. I can also see hoe the complaints are streaming about Bookabook on Hellopeter.
I will say it again- you leave you customers with no reply or feedback, the only thing you are good at is taking our money.
