No service no book.

<div>I ordered and paid for a book advertised for delivery within 3 days. It is now more than 4 weeks later and no book, no reply on the emails an no one answers the phone when you are put through to a consultant. The gift is now late send I am very disappointed and not sure if this is a ****.</div>
