No service, company is a ****

I can't complain about the service, because there is NO service! I placed an order and paid for the books on 19 January and immediately received a confirmation email and invoice, but haven't received my books yet. Sent numerous emails which they do not respond to. I think all the good reviews on hello peter is also **** people. Why don't the business reply to any of the bad reviews???
