No Service

We have bought books trough Book a Book we only have received ********** service as we have not received our package. we phoned 3 times in one day to find out where our package is as we where told it would have been delivered already. Staff very unfriendly and un help full. We tried and phoned between 4pm and 5pm no answer. And still we have no answer on where our order is as we have paid in full for our order please people do not use this online book store.
