No response!

Cancel my order and refund by the end of the week

You Customer service is pathetic!!!! Ive tried calling a hundred times and no one responds to my email.

Im aware there was a backlog in Dec but we are in Feb and still no response or update on orders!!

Books were ordered way in advance so we will have it in time for school in Jan
