No refunds, just empty promises

I ordered 6 books on the 22n November 2022 and paid for them. I received 4 of the 6 books. I then asked for a refund. Have sent numerous emails and spoke to Khethiwe on the phone about my refund. To date nothing no refund just empty promises. I'm going to the bank on Wednesday and going to do a full reversal of the payment. They will not get any money for the 4 books that money will be used to cover bank charges. I'm done phoning and sending emails.
