No Refund, No Textbook No nothing!

It would seem that from reading the rest of the reviews that their MO is that they take a few orders and peoples hard earned money and then all of a sudden their website goes down. From there onwards you have no way of getting ahold of them and if you do then they tell you that they cannot track your order because the website is down. So you are then left with no option but to cancel your order because you simply cannot wait for them to get their **** together. You then request a refund on your cancelled order because you are a student and you simply don't have that spare cash laying around to throw away to ********. But just like your textbook, your refund is no where to be found. Rather stick to the outlets you know.
