No refund after cancellation-7months later and counting

I ordered and paid for three book, amounting to R650 on the 9th of January 2023 of which delivery was expected by the 20th of the same month. On the 25th I made a follow-up as the books had not been delivered and was told that they were waiting delivery from their suppliers. I therefore requested as cancellation as the schools had reopened and sourced the books from another company. I sent countless emails regarding the refund with my banking details and proof of payment but to date I have not received my money. Calls are not picked up when you call on their direct line and every time you send an email you just receive a request number and that is it. I even tried their online form but to no avail. Can you please refund me my money as per our agreement .
