No Order received. Poor service from sales

Extremely poor bad service. It's been two weeks and I have not received my full order where on the delivery it states order between 4 to 7 days. I have received one book out of my four books I have ordered. No one responds to email folloyups nor do they return phone calls. Please think twice before ordering from them. They are happy to take your money and deliver items paid for. According to my track order it states order received in full where as I have proof on the delivery that only one book was sent. I am extremely angry, I am a single unemployed parent and this company and its staff are taking me for a ride. Teach or staff to respond to emails a D return phone calls. Why should the paying customer have to do everything? If my full order ynot received by this week I will be taking this matter further as I feel I have been ****med out of my money. Order #***
