no delivery, no communication, no refund

If I could give zero or minus stars I would. Ordered books 9 April and paid. I got an email back to say the order is being prepared on 18 April. I have followed up multiple times by replying to that email but nobody responds. There is no tracking info on the shipment. Just nothing. No response. I don't believe I will ever receive the books I paid for. Trying for a refund now - who knows. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Wish I had checked here first. Will follow other avenues now to try get a refund and warn others about this website or get it taken down.
