Never placing order at book a book

I placed an order on 6 April 2022 ,the other book is from overseas they told me it will take 10 to 20 days for it to arrive ,a month and few days later I sent them email and they only delivered the books which are local and the other overseas book dis not arrive, iam not happy with the service
