Never order anything from book a book, ****emers!!!!

I ordered book on 21 December 2021, received an email that the orders are delayed to date no more correspondence or feed back despite following up on the order. Have asked for refund, no one is reply to my emails. I'm even battling to reach the telephonically when I get through no one answers the phone. They are an online **** shop and people should stay away from them.
