Never got my refund from these ******!!

Wish I read the reviews on this company before i ordered 4 books for my daughter on the 2nd of Nov 2023. I had to purchase books locally in January 2024 again as I couldn't let my daughter start her matric year without books....They are the biggest ******!!! I wrote 73 emails requesting for my refunds with no reply as they dont even bother answering their phone!! Only option is to make a ***** case against them now.
