NEVER Book a book

I ordered a book online on 19 December 2021. After numerous follow ups I with no replies I asked them to refund my money. The answered me on 2 Feb stating that they cannot refund me as my book was already shipped and should be delivered in two days. Needless to say I have not received my book and no one is answering my emails.....TERRIBLE service delivery! Money gone and no book to show!
