This company is appears to be operated by **********, I ordered a book from them in September and to this day I have not received the book All I keep getting is apologies for the inconvenience provided on that one lucky day the telephone is picked up. They have been promising a refund for almost a month now and every time its always being process and I have to wait for 48hours and nothing ever comes through. Ideally they do not deserve any star but should be investigated as I have noticed after my struggles a lot of people have not received adequate service there. If I had known those reviews prior to putting an order I would have not fallen in the trap.
