Left in the dark

This in now the 2nd time using this company as there prices are good, but it is not worth to wait and the stress whether you will receive the books. I did receive my initial purchase after a very long time and now the 2nd purchase is taking so long again. The worst part is that there is no communication. I've tried to call, I've send emails and left messages on their website, but there is no feedback at all. Really not a great experience. Not sure how it is allowed for a company to accept your money and not to provide feedback on it?
