It's a ****mmmmmm, don't do it

I purchased a book over a month ago from then, I received a email stating my order will be processed, nothing ever since, I phoned then & they said 2 Fridays ago, they will receive stock, still nothing, I tried phoning again, the answering machines answer & hangs up. No replies on emails nothing.
