Is this even a legitimate business operation?

I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing from these ********. I order items on the 28 September 2022 which according to the website I would have received in 3 to 5 working day. Guess what? Nothing received to date, and they don't answer calls or respond to emails. I wish I knew how to shut this website down and prevent future people from being ****** of their hard-earned cash.
