I thought it was a ****!

If I could give zero as a score I would. I ordered and paid for a book plus delivery on 7th April. In all fairness they did say it might take 7-10 working days. BUT it finally arrived 47 working days later, and only after I had started the process of charge back with my credit card provider. There was only communication with them when i initiated it by email and then only generic answers, nothing personal. Their phones are not answered, their Chat on the website responds until you put in your order number and then is abandoned. I thought it must be a **** because I could not believe a business could be so *********** and survive. I eventually went to another online site to order the same book which was delivered within 3 days. I will NEVER order from them again. Do business with them at your own peril!
