Horrible service. Still waiting for my boo****!

I have used Book a Book in the past, last year, and they were fine. In August I ordered two books, and I paid immediately. It took over 3 Weeks to get one book and a month later still nothing on the other book. I have emailed, tried to call but no one is assisting me. This company should refund our monies and shut down if it’s going to play around with our school lives. I am really annoyed!!!! Khwezi
