Horrible service

I ordered a book on 24 june 2022. They say 7-10 working days. We are sitting on 2 August 2022 and still no book. Ive send multiple emails which is not getting any response. Phoned them 13/07 she said it takes a bit longer to get books from overseas. Ive called numerous times but now phone just rings. Its getting a bit ridiculous now.
