Horrible Service

I ordered a book and paid immediately on the 26th of August, the only communication i got was that my order is being processed. After that it is just silence, I emailed them, phoned the 087 number it says its not available. I even tried this chat thing on their website but it keeps saying they will let me know via email when they are available. Horrible service indeed. I want my money back I gave this one star because there is no way of giving zero stars
