HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Worst online service I have ever experienced. I bought a book which was supposed to '14 working days' according to them. Ordered it end of August 2020 and till today 07 October still waiting for delivery. Always making empty promises trying to justify their unprofessionalism. No contact no. or customer service to deal with. Never again!!!
