Horrible communication and service from book a book !!!

I have had the worst experience with book a book. My wife paid for a book in March for an exam that was in 2 weeks. She paid for everything and the company promised they'll deliver before then.

The book didn't come in that 2 weeks and my wife had an exam. We tried calling them and emailing them but they never responded. We only got the book on August. She never wrote the exam and now has to redo it. Worst experience ever. I'd never recommend them. Poor communication and response to customers !!!
