Happy with the service

I ordered a textbook from Book a Book on the 2nd of April. However, 10days later a friend of mine got me an ebook version of the textbook. I immediately cancelled the order on the 12th of April via e-mail as I did not have the patience to hold to speak to an agent. They e-mailed me to confirm and advise that they would process my refund. This morning my refund was in my account.
