Great when getting the book but terrible when getting your refund....

Firstly, i would like to say that bookabook.co.za have a great concept for us students who do not really need the baggage of owning books but if it means that every time you need assistance, you have wait and send emails just to get a response days later, then I will happily go back to the old way of getting my books. When it came to getting the book, everything was done swiftly and correct but the return and refund of the book has been nothing short of nightmare. I contacted the company about me returning the book only for them to call me a week later explaining the delay. I understand that they experienced a ******* of some sort so i was om with the delay. once they have sent the book back to them via courier, I haven't seen my deposit. Its been over a month and honestly I do not what is going on. I have sent emails asking about my deposit with no response since. I cant believe that for such a great concept, they have let me down. Very disappointed.
