Frustrated and Disappointed

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy books to them.I m frustrated and disappointed with them.Bought my daughter’s school books for more than R1000.00 online on 14 December 2021being told they will be delivered in 5-10 working days till now haven’t received them and on Wednesday they are opening schools.If I call them no one is picking up their landline.Please can you at least refund me my money so that I can buy my daughter’s books.
