It would appear this is a ********** company. I ordered a book on May 2nd and emailed their sales department to enquire when to expect it as it has passed the estimated delivery date and all I got was a generic reply stating to expect an answer from one of their sales members in the next 24hrs. No reply, tried calling and an automated American accent voice told me to wait for next available operator.dead line. I see on my invoice there are the company banking details- I am going to contact the said bank and try report them.
