Extremely disappointed

Is this an actual entity or is it a ****? I ordered a book in March and I have still not received it. The confirmation of sale stated delivery would be within 2 weeks. I have sent follow up emails, the number on the site does not get answered. I would like my money back, this company needs to be reported for false promises.
