Don’t waste your money!

Don’t waste your money! You will not receive your book. I ordered a book a month ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve managed to get hold of the same lady when I call *** who keeps telling me it’s still being delivered. After complaining she has now given me the “managers” email, *** who is yet to reply. At this point I’m just hoping for a refund but since I’ve never even received a single email from them I’m very doubtful.
