DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM BOOK A BOOK

I have ordered a book on the 23rd of December 2023 and paid R450, until now I did not received my book. I have requested a refund but nothing was paid back up to date. The African lady that answers the phone , ***, always has the excuse that they are waiting for there suppliers. Well it has been now 4 months. They are *******
