Dont buy text book from book a book

Ordered a text book for my teaching on 15 June 2022, made payment same day. They have not rep**** to a single email I sent requesting my delivery. Called 6 July - over 14 WORKING days after order . The consultant said they still did not have my book. When I asked why they did not reply she could not answer me . I told her I needed the book by 24 June already. I asked for a refund and she said to send my banking details. I have now requested and sent my banking details twice and I am still not refunded or rep**** to . These people ***** your money and don’t send what you need!
