Don't Book a Book

I ordered a book on 6 November 2023 - it is now 6 January 2024, and the book has still not been delivered. I had specifically requested that the book be delivered before I left to go on holiday on 7 December, but sadly it didn't arrive, and there was no update on its whereabouts. I am just sorry I didn't do some research before making the purchase as the negative comments and feedback on Book a Book is overwhelming. I would not have given them the business.
