Does anyone actually work there?

Ordered a book in July 2022 - it's now October and still nothing. All emails are IGNORED, even to the sales manager. It's like dealing with a ghost. The lady that answers the phone is clueless and completely unhelpful. I think the sales manager actually doesn't exist. Dare I go the route now of trying to cancel and get my money back - I can tell I'll be in for another review of them shortly.
