DO NOT USE BOOK A BOOK EVER

I placed an order at Book a Book on the 4th of July 2022 and made the payment the very same day. I was then informed via email that I should expect my order within 7-10 working days. I have sent multiple emails to this company with no response from their side. Please do not use their email address, they do not have a care in the world about your email. I have also phoned them on the 11th of July 2022, they surprisingly answered my call and I was informed by the telephone operator that her Manager will get back to me via email..... She also informed me that they should be receiving my book on the 19th of July 2022, but she would not give me any further information about the estimated delivery time. Well it's the 20th today and still no email from the manager. I have sent more emails after the 11th and I have also tried to call them again, multiple times, but to no avail. Please spare yourself the trouble I am going through at the moment and do not use this service?!
