DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOK A BOOK

I orderd a book for my wife, who has kidney failure (polysistic kidneys) with only 20% kidney function left and with no prospect of any cure. She really wants this book. I ordered and paid for it on 25 May 2023. I got one email saying that they are processing my order but to this day, 25 June 2023, I received nothing.
