DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOK A BOOK AS IT IS ****.

I ordered a book from Book a Book on January 25, 2023. The order was supposed to be delivered within a month according to my understading, but it is now July 4, 2023 and I have still not received the book. I have tried to contact Book a Book via email several times, but I have not received any response.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Book a Book. I understand that things can happen that delay orders, but I feel that Book a Book has not been transparent about the status of my order. I have not been able to get any information about why my order has not been delivered, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from Book a Book to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend Book a Book to anyone. I feel that the company is not reliable and that they do not provide good customer service. I would advise anyone who is considering ordering from Book a Book to do their research first and to be prepared for potential delays.
