DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOK A BOOK

I have placed an order with this company, I sent follow-up e-mails and had NO RESPONSE. I called and the phone dies after a few minutes, no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not even sure if I will be able to receive a refund.
