If it was possible to get a minus star, I would do so.

I placed an order in January 2023 for children's book, all paid for and the status is "being prepared by suppliers", we are in October going to November 2023 and the status is still the same. I asked for a cancellation and refund since March 2023 and have been sending emails almost faithfully every month and the same story over and over again: "We are looking into it and will get back to you" which they don't until I write again. I truly don't know why they are in business if customer's need are met in such manner. They are ****mers!!!
