DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM BOOK A BOOK - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

If there was an option to add ZERO stars I would do so!!! Ordered my childs books on 15 December! They are happy to take your money and disappear! School opened on 12 Jan - no books, no communication from these people. TWO weeks later, still no books and my child is falling behind. I call again only to find that they had some books and others are still coming - I insisted on going to collect the books coz they are also in Midrand. Of course I didnt get the full order. Beyond PATHETIC customer service, am NEVER again ordering for them. Rather pay extra and buy from more expensive alternatives than this ****.
