Dissatisfaction

I ordered 3 books, paid, did not deliver, ignored my email, the fourth month of hearing nothing from the, I contacted the author who made contact with them. Out of 3, only two books were delivered and promised that the other book will be delivered within 7.. nothing happened. I sent emails, called. They promise to refund me. I sent my banking details, to date I have nit received my money or the book.
