Disgusted customer

The service of this bookstore is abhorrent. I doubt if they are legit as they have no sense of professionalism at all. I ordered a book in April with the order number 965949 and never heard from them for over a month. Every time I sent them an email querying the service they would respond with a promise of a delivery in 3-4 days and that never happened to date. From the beginning of June when I requested a refund they then **** to say they have dispatched the order. Please anyone supply the physical address of this retail company, they need to be embarrassed, they do not answer any of their telephone numbers supp**** online. Who are these ****** really?
