"Disappointing Service: A Review of Bookabook's Unreliability"

"I've been waiting for a book from Bookabook for the past 5 weeks with no response to my inquiries via phone or email. Despite my efforts to get an update on the status, they couldn't provide an ETA and suggested I contact my bank for a refund. This lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on their professionalism and reliability. It's disappointing to have to write a negative review, as I usually have positive experiences, but this level of service is unacceptable."
