Disappointed. Need a refund

I ordered a book Outer Banks on 28/09/2022. I was patient and knew this would need to be shipped but after almost a month of not receiving my order or any response I got concerned. I finally got a response 31/10 saying that there was a problem with the supplier but I would receive my order by mid November. I thought well great that's still in time for Christmas. Mid November came and nothing and no communication. Then on the 30 November I requested to rather be refunded which I received a response saying that my refund would be refunded within 48 hours. It's a week later and still no refund and no response either. Order ***
