Delay delivery and false advertising

I really regret purchasing my son's books from this company, now it's been 18 days waiting for my son's books, he's struggling at school without his books, this company it's just like ****. In their advertising they said 3 to 5 days but I'm still waiting even now with no communication, no contact number where you can send your query. Im really disappointed. That was my first and the last time I buy from Book a Book
