Constitutional Law textbook from Book a Book which has NEVER been delivered!

I ordered and paid for a textbook in full. Since that time, I have heard nothing from the company. My delivery has not arrived; I received an email saying that my order is on "hold". There is no legitimate and functional telephone system in place; email responses are automated and NEVER followed up with. I have tried to cancel this order, but alas, there is no one available to assist in this regard. I wish that I had never had the unfortunate misfortune of ever stumbling upon this *****ed company. It honestly gives legitimate and honest businesses a bad name.
